Bagi anda yang bekerja terlalu lama didepan komputer dapat melakukan beberapa kegiatan meditasi sebagai berikut :
- Sebaiknya berjalanlah keluar ruangan sejenak lalu kembali keruangan.

- Lakukan selama 10-15 menit atau berhenti bila anda merasakan sudah cukup.
